Our Approach

Four stages, and indicators agreed upfront.

We don't start with the system or the dashboard, but with an honest assessment and reliable data — because everything built on an unsound asset register collapses at the first review.

The Stages

How we work from day one

01

Assessment

A field walkthrough and a review of assets, contracts, data, and operational maturity. You get a report telling you where you actually stand — including what we cannot improve.

  • A field walkthrough of the assets
  • A review of existing contracts and indicators
  • A report with a priority roadmap
02

Foundation

Cleansing the asset register, tuning the system, building maintenance cycles, and defining the indicators and their calculation sources before measurement begins.

  • Cleansing and coding the asset register
  • Building maintenance cycles
  • Defining indicators and their sources
03

Operations

Daily operations through the control center with a clear work request cycle, and continuous training for your team so they own the tool rather than depend on us for it.

  • A work request cycle from intake to closure
  • Live follow-up through the dashboard
  • Teams trained in Arabic
04

Improvement

Periodic reviews that turn data into decisions: what to replace, what to maintain more intensively, and which contract to renegotiate.

  • A documented periodic review
  • Replacement and maintenance decisions
  • Renegotiation grounded in numbers
Governance & Data

Two foundations before any dashboard

Reviewing indicators

Governance that keeps everyone on the same ground

We agree from the start on the indicators, how they're calculated, where their data comes from, and how often they're reviewed. When the definition is written and agreed, the monthly review shifts from negotiation to reading numbers — and the diligent contractor gets their due just as the negligent one is exposed.

  • A written definition for every indicator and its calculation source
  • An agreed review cadence with documented minutes
  • Permissions and approvals matching the organization's structure

Data first — because nothing above it holds without it

We don't build a dashboard on an untrusted asset register. We start by cleansing, coding, and linking it to locations and contracts, then build the indicators on top. This stage is the least impressive and the most consequential — and skipping it is why most similar projects fail.

  • Cleansing the asset register and removing duplicates and abandoned entries
  • Unified coding that links the asset to its location and contract
  • Field verification by sample before the register is approved

Technology

What powers our services

The Reefai platform from Reef Solutions

We build on an Arabic systems platform developed by the software division inside the company — so what operations needs gets built with no waiting on an external vendor.

Integration with your existing systems

We connect your existing asset and resource management systems rather than replacing them, so data flows with no double entry.

Hosting that suits your policy

Cloud, inside your organization's data center, or fully air-gapped — the data stays where your security policy dictates.

The field, from the phone

The technician executes and documents with photos and location from their phone, works offline, and syncs later — so data arrives complete rather than late.

Supporting AI features

Prioritizing maintenance and suggesting the action based on actual data — as a suggestion the engineer reviews, not a decision imposed.

Permissions & audit log

Every action is documented with who performed it and when — ready for any internal review or external audit.

Let's start with the assessment — and it's free

The first step in our approach costs you nothing: an assessment walkthrough producing a clear picture of your position and your improvement priorities.
