About Us

A team that ran facilities before advising on them.

Reef Facilities — the smart facility management division of Reef Value, a Saudi company: over 15 years of field experience operating assets for major organizations, backed by an in-house software division that builds what operations need.

Our Story

Why we chose this field

We began inside the field

Our team spent more than 15 years operating facilities and managing smart assets for major organizations in the Kingdom before offering its services to others. We saw systems that are bought but never used, indicators calculated by hand that end up conflicting, and contracts hard to measure where honest effort is lost alongside the negligent — from these scenes we built our services.

Our Values

Three values behind every report we write

Candor in assessment

We say what can be improved and what cannot, and what needs investment rather than mere tuning — even when it costs us the opportunity.

Numbers before impressions

We don't measure performance by feel or by polished reports, but by agreed indicators computed from system data.

Arabic first, in the field

The system, the report, and the training in the language of the technician and the engineer — because what is understood is what actually gets used.
